How does the 14-day free trial work?

Eligible new accounts get a 14-day free trial on annual Pro or Elite when you subscribe through the web app at app.pilotlogbook-pro.com. Sign up, choose an annual plan at checkout, and enter your card. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Monthly billing does not include a trial. One trial per account.

How do I cancel before I'm charged?

Manage your subscription from your account in the web app. Cancel anytime before the 14-day trial ends and you won't be charged. After the trial, your plan renews annually unless you cancel.

Can I use the app on iPhone, iPad, and Android?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscribe on the web first to start your trial and apply promo code WEB15. Then download on the App Store for iPhone and iPad with the same account. The full app also runs in your browser. Android is coming soon - join the Google Play waitlist from this site.

Which airlines are supported?

Schedule sync and draft flight logging work with Air Canada, Flair Airlines, Porter Airlines, Jazz Aviation, WestJet, and WestJet Encore. Air Canada pilots can also import PQRM logbooks; WestJet and WestJet Encore pilots can import their airline logbook Excel exports. Elite per-diem and max-duty tools are available for supported carriers.

What can I import besides airline schedules?

You can import PDF, CSV, and Excel logbooks, connect Google or Apple Calendar for draft flights, and use airline-specific reports such as Air Canada PQRM files and WestJet family logbook Excel exports. Imports are reviewed before they become permanent logbook entries.

Can I export my logbook for employers or authorities?

Yes. Pro includes authority-compliant PDF exports. Elite adds professional PDF and full CSV exports formatted for interviews, employers, and regulatory submissions.

Where do I subscribe and manage billing?

Subscriptions are purchased in the web app after sign-up. Billing is handled securely via Stripe on web. You can manage your plan from your account in the app.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your logbook data remains yours. You can export your records before or after canceling. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention and deletion.
